It's Just One of Those Days

My asthma is acting up (if that is what I have - I can't breathe and I feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest). My throat hurts. My ears hurt. My nose is congested. Joshua and Abby Kate have each bitten, hit and pushed each other. They have both screamed, cried and have had complete and total meltdowns. I am ready for naptime!
