One of my projects for this week is to go through my iPhoto library and delete some of my old pictures. I have reached my limit (imagine that!) and must get rid of the bad pictures to make room for some more. I really have a hard time deleting pictures, but it has not been that bad. I wanted to share a few "twin" moments from Joshua and Abby Kate's first two years that brought back a lot of memories today.

Oh my, what is the limit on iphoto? I could never delete pictures! I really love old pictures. Memories! Do you keep yours on an external hard drive or CD's?
Elizabeth,
I was nearing 5,000 and kept getting a message that I was nearing my limit. I have been going through and deleting the bad pictures. I have always kept EVERY single picture - the blurry ones, the duplicates, the ones that are just not that good. I have most recently uploaded a lot of my albums to Walgreens since I print from there when a sale comes along. I am planning on going back and uploading my older albums (even though I don't need to print them). We also have them all backed up on an external hard drive. We have most, but not all of them backed up on CD, too. I am wanting to purchase a fire safe to store my CD's in. I am just a little obsessed with preserving my pictures.
Awwww....so sweet! It's crazy how fast time goes by. I feel like they were just that little like yesterday. Same with mine. They're so sweet!
I love how the poses are the same! So cute!
such sweet pictures!! it's so neat to see them younger.
You need to store them at York Photo Labs online. They have sales sometimes for 5 cent prints. Also when you sign up, you get like 50 free prints.
But I'd buy an external hard drive and store them. If you have a 200 gb hard drive, you can store a lot. Put it this way, you can store 256 8 megapixel shots on a 1 gb memory card. So, if you have a 200 gb external hard drive, you could store 51,200 pictures.
Awe! These pictures really bring back a lot of memories. Your "twins" are so sweet and have grown up so fast! It seems like just yesterday they were wrapped up in their little blanket burrito's sleeping most of the day.
